She isthe founder and CEO of BlueTie International, where she leadsinitiativesthat foster global collaboration and development. Chidinma is a passionate lawyer, SMEs facilitator, and advocate for gender and women's economic  empowerment. With more than eight years of post-qualification experience as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, she has distinguished herself by handling a diverse range of legal matters across both the private and public sectors. Her expertise spans various domains, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), real estate, divorce, commercial contracts, and gender advocacy. Chidinma has consistently demonstrated her commitment to supporting clients by assisting them in navigating the complex regulatory compliance associated with corporate and commercial transactions in Nigeria. This has enabled her to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders in both public and private sectors.

In 2019, Chidinma took a significant step in her career by founding Scholars Attorneys, where she currently serves as the managing partner. This innovative law firm has become a platform for Chidinma to leverage her extensive knowledge of corporate and commercial law, alongside her passion for entrepreneurship, to foster the growth and sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises.
