She isthe founder and CEO of BlueTie International, where she leadsinitiativesthat foster global collaboration and development. Dr. Forero also serves asthe President of the Gulf Coast Latin Chamber of Commerce, championing diverse business opportunities and economic empowerment across communities. In addition,she co-founded the EMERGENTS Foundation, dedicated to sustainable community projects, and serves as a partner of E-University, expanding educational opportunities globally.

Dr. Forero’s dedication to social advancement isfurther exemplifed through herrole as co-founder and president of the EduVital International Foundation, which promotes educational health for underserved women, and as co-founder of the Recast Valley Foundation, bringing health and sports alternativesto underserved children in Colombia. Chidinma is a passionate lawyer, SMEs facilitator, and advocate for gender and women's economic  empowerment. With more than eight years of post-qualification experience as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, she has distinguished herself by handling a diverse range of legal matters across both the private and public sectors. Her expertise spans various domains, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), real estate, divorce, commercial contracts, and gender advocacy. Chidinma has consistently demonstrated her commitment to supporting clients by assisting them in navigating the complex regulatory compliance associated with corporate and commercial transactions in Nigeria. This has enabled her to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders in both public and private sectors.

In 2019, Chidinma took a significant step in her career by founding Scholars Attorneys, where she currently serves as the managing partner. This innovative law firm has become a platform for Chidinma to leverage her extensive knowledge of corporate and commercial law, alongside her passion for entrepreneurship, to foster the growth and sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises. Under her leadership, Scholars Attorneys has not only provided legal services but has also emerged as a vital resource for entrepreneurs seeking guidance and support in a challenging business environment.
